Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is fulfilled and shipped.
If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if theproduct has already been fulfilled or shipped.



Returns (if applicable)

“We accept returns on products or pieces in limited circumstances. All returns must be
processed within 10 days of receipt. Other conditions may apply. Please contact us via
the contact us page on our website or by emailing support@aurorajewelryco.com for
assistance. If your return is approved, all products, pieces, and extra items must be
returned to a provided address with the customer responsible for return shipping. For
any additional details, please contact us directly via the listed methods above.

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;
